Andrew’s role encompasses driving global revenues and profitability while managing crucial banking relationships and internal and external systems. His in-depth understanding of the industry allows him to navigate complex financial landscapes and establish fruitful partnerships. Before joining GCEN in 2013 to run the London office, he spent a year with a fund where he opened a new FX desk, leveraging their existing liquidity, he provided specialised FX services to larger corporate and institutional clients with a focus on hedging and asset purchase.
Over the past two decades, Martin has successfully overseen the international expansion across mainland Europe, the UAE and now Asia. His astute leadership and strategic decision-making have been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and establishing its presence in key markets.
In his capacity as CEO of both Global Currency Exchange Network Ltd and Global Custodial Services Ltd, Martin orchestrated the merger of these two organisations. This transformative move led to the launch of the new brand, GC Partners, in 2019.
Martin’s entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with his extensive experience in the foreign exchange industry, has positioned GC Partners for continued success. His visionary approach and leadership have propelled the company’s growth and cemented its reputation as a trusted partner in the global FX market.
In his current role Stevie collaborates closely with the GC Partners board to seamlessly implement the company’s strategic vision by harnessing cutting-edge technology. Furthermore, he works alongside various departments to drive continuous service improvements to our clients.
In 2021, Alison returned to the UK to expand her responsibilities within operations. Recognising her exceptional skills and leadership capabilities, she was subsequently promoted to the position of Head of Operations. In this role, Alison oversees and manages multiple key teams, including operations, back office, and marketing, in addition to sales teams in Spain and Portugal. Her expertise and strategic approach ensure smooth operational processes and drive the company’s growth initiatives.
Nicole assumes responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Her focus extends beyond daily management, as she actively collaborates with the board to drive strategic initiatives and implement new practices that contribute to the overall improvement of the business. Her ability to attract top talent and enhance employee engagement contributes to the overall success and growth of the organisation.
Grant’s extensive experience in the foreign exchange and payments industry spans over 20 years. His career in FX commenced at HiFX, where he gained invaluable experience in various client-facing roles, ranging from client services to partnerships to FX dealing. Prior moving to Dubai in 2010, Grant served as the Head of Client Services at FRFX.
With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Stingray has held various leadership positions in Euromoney, as Head of Product, Thomas Reuters, and Credit Agricole Asset Management. In these roles, he focused on driving business growth for buy-side financial products and spearheading the deployment of IT solutions for front-to-back-office trading systems across Asia.
Martin’s extensive experience in business development, sales, and relationship management at businesses such as The Interchange Group, Payone, and In2Retail equips him with the skills necessary to drive growth and foster strong partnerships at GC Partners.
With over 25 years senior management experience, Martin has a proven track record of closing deals with major banks in the Netherlands, as well as with prominent landlords such as Schiphol and Dutch railways.
With nearly a decade of industry experience, Chris brings valuable expertise to the table. Prior to joining GC Partners, he played a key role in a leading global fintech, where he made significant contributions to the growth of both UK and overseas markets. Throughout his tenure, he held senior positions in sales and dealing, and spearheaded the establishment of a new international office.
